Personal Counseling

The Counseling & Advising Center offers short-term personal counseling to assist you with issues affecting your overall wellbeing and mental health.  We care about you as a student and as a person and realize that problems arise both in the classroom and in life.  We will help you resolve issues and access community resources to assist you as well.  Some of the issues we can help you with include:   relationship problems, coping with stress, managing anger, balancing school, work and family, dealing with depression or anxiety, drug and alcohol dependence, gender and sexuality concerns.
