| May 31 | Currently enrolled degree/certificate-seeking VA and Running Start students are eligible to register. |
| June 1 | Advance Fall Quarter registration begins for all currently enrolled degree/certificate-seeking students. |
| Aug. 9 | All transcripts (college and high school) must be received for Fall Quarter 2022 for full or part-time transfer student admission. Last day to apply and pay the admission fee for new, returning, and transfer full or part-time students seeking a degree or certificate. |
| Aug. 22 | Tuition is due by 3:30 p.m. for Fall Quarter 2022, if registered on or before today. |
| Sept. 19 | First day of classes |
| Sept. 23 | All drops after September 23rd must be completed by using Add/Drop Form. |
| Nov. 24-25 | Thanksgiving Day/Native American Heritage Day, Holiday, College Closed |

| Nov 2 -11 | Winter Quarter registration begins for currently enrolled degree/certificate-seeking students. |
| Nov 14 | Winter Quarter registration begins for returning and transfer students (30+ college credits). |
| Nov 21 | All transcripts (college and high school) must be received for Winter Quarter 2023 for full or part-time transfer student admission. |
| Nov 21 | Last day to apply and pay the admission fee for Winter Quarter 2023 admission for new, returning, and transfer full or part-time students seeking a degree or certificate. |
| Dec 1 | Last day for students to complete placement (testing or high school transcripts) and schedule New Student Orientation appointments in Yakima and Grandview. |
| Dec 5 | Tuition is due by 3:30 p.m. for Winter Quarter 2023 if registered on or before this date. |
| Dec 12-30 | Winter holiday break. Limited college services are available. |
| Dec 26 | Christmas Day Holiday (observed). College closed. |
| Dec 27-30 | Winter Quarter registration begins for part-time non-degree/certificate-seeking students. |
| Jan 2, 2023 | New Year’s Holiday (observed). College closed. |
| Jan 3 | Winter Quarter 2023 classes begin. Last day to adjust enrollment level for Financial Aid. (FA Census Date) |
| Jan 3-4 | Current students can add a class without an instructor’s signature through ctcLink. |
| Jan 5-9 | Students can add a class with the instructor’s signature. All class adds must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Jan 3-17 | Students can drop a class during this period and the class does not appear on the transcript. All drops after January 9 must be completed on an Add/Drop Form and submitted to Registration. |
| Jan 6 | Tuition due by 3:30 p.m. for Winter Quarter if registered after December 5, 2022. |
| Jan 16- Feb 17 | Students can withdraw from a class during this period and the grade appears as a “W” on the transcript. Drops must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Jan 16 | Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday. College closed. |
| Feb 7 | Advising Day: No daytime classes are held on advising day. Evening classes that begin after 6:30 p.m. are held at their normal times. All Bachelor of Applied Science classes follows their regular schedule. |
| Feb 17 | Last day to withdraw from Winter Quarter. Drops must be completed on an Add/Drop Form. |
| Feb 20 | President’s Day Holiday. College closed. |
| Mar 13 | Last day of classes for the Winter Quarter. |
| Mar 15-17 | Winter Quarter final exams. Exam Schedule Winter 2023 |
| Mar 15-17 | Book buyback in Yakima on March 15-16 (7:30 a.m.-7 p.m.) and Grandview on March 17 (10 a.m.-5 p.m.) |
| Mar 21 | Grades are due in Registration & Records Office by 4 p.m. |
| Mar 21-28 | Spring Break, limited college services available. |
| Mar 23 | Grades are available in the ctcLink. |
