Yakima Campus Computer Labs

Deccio Higher Ed Center (Building 8) computer labs in rooms 208 and 230 will provide computer and printing access. Access to the building will be provided at the south-facing doors near Lot E, north of the Parker Faller Baseball Field. Contact 509.574.4981. Yakima Campus Map.

Grandview Campus Computer Lab Hours

Main Building #56 computer lab is in room 116 and will provide computer and printing access. Access to the building will be provided at the front doors.

Proctored Student Testing Locations

Proctored Student Testing is for students requiring a test for a YVC course, TEAS testing for nursing (Deccio Only), or a test for another college that must be completed within a monitored computer lab. Tests must begin at least one hour before closing.

 Lab Operations

  • The Computer Labs require students to have their Student ID cards displayed while they are in the computer labs.
  • Computer Labs follow the college calendar for holiday closures.
  • No children are allowed in the Computer Labs.
  • No test will be started within an hour of lab closing.
  • Be sure to log off computer when you have finished.
  • Cell phones and other mobile devices are to be turned off or on silent mode while in the centers.  Calls must be taken outside the lab.
  • Foods and drinks are not allowed in the centers.
  • All lab computers periodically restore hard drives to their original configuration. Be sure to save any of your important files on an external drive.
