YVC’s main conference facility in the Conference Center is divided into three meeting rooms A-C. The spaces can be used individually or combined. Each space includes the latest technology and a variety of setup scheme options. Take a virtual tour of the conference center.

Meeting Room D

Capacity: 48
Hourly Rate: $50hr
The Conference Center’s large meeting room D can accommodate groups close to 50 in a variety of setups including classroom, hollow square, and theatre style. The space includes dual projectors and the latest technology.

Capacity: 10-12
Hourly Rate: $25hr
Small conference room’s in YVC’s Conference Center offer an intimate gathering space for groups of 10-12 in a traditional boardroom setup.

Outdoor Garden

Located outside of meeting room D, the outdoor event garden provides users with a casual gathering space to be used in conjunction with their formal meeting.
