Apply by February 1 for YVC’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene
Applications are now being accepted for Yakima Valley College’s Bachelor of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene for the 2024 academic year. The deadline to apply is the first Friday in February each year. BASDH applications are submitted electronically through the ADEA Dental Hygiene centralized application service.
YVC’s BASDH program prepares individuals for work in a professional field devoted to the prevention of disease and the promotion and improvement of public health. Classes and clinical sessions are scheduled during the regular workday.
The program prepares students with hands-on experience providing low-cost dental exams, teeth cleaning, x-rays and fillings to students and the community.
