YVC hosts Individual Skills Soccer Camps
Yakima, WA-Yakima Valley College’s Athletic Department hosts individual skills soccer camps this August. See complete details below for each camp.
Girls Soccer Identification Camp
Date/Time: Friday, August 16, 2019 • 9:00-11:45am and 1:00-3:45pm
Ages: Grades 10 and Up
Cost: $40 single day or $55 overnight
YVC Women’s Soccer Program is holding an ID (Identification) Camp for incoming 10 grade and up players that are interested in playing for YVC in the future. This is a great time to not only improve your skills, but a chance to be coached and instructed by the college coaches, interact and play with the current YVC College players, and learn more about playing at the next level.
Girls Summer Preseason Camp
Date/Time: Monday, August 19-Wednesday, August 21, 2019 • 9:30-11:30am
Ages: All High School
Cost: $40
Prepare for your high school soccer season by participating in YVC’s skills camp. The three-day camp helps improve fitness and participants will learn new technical and tactical skills while also and have a better showing during your high school try-outs. This is a great time to not only improve your skills, but a chance to be coached and instructed by the college coaches, while interacting and playing with the current YVC College players.
Youth Soccer Camp
Date/Time: Saturday, August 24, 2019 – Sunday, August 25, 2019 • 4:00-6:00pm
Ages: Grades 3-8
Cost: $30 for 2 days
YVC hosts the annual Youth Soccer Camp ran by the YVC women’s soccer coaching staff and players. It is a fun and great learning environment for the young players and a great chance for the college players to invest more within their community. It is open to all levels of skills for boys and girls going into the 3rd grade up to 8th grade.
