Larson Gallery Guild Members’ Exhibition

This June the Larson Gallery hosted the 2023 Guild Members’ Exhibition. This annual non-juried exhibition highlights the creativity of Larson Gallery Guild members.

The Guild consists of approximately 375 members. Since members can only enter one piece in the exhibit, they are very selective about their work and choose their best piece, says Larson Gallery Director David Lynx.

“What makes this exhibit special is its variety of media, including photography, sculpture, ceramics, textiles, painting, pastel, watercolor and collage,” said Lynx. “Many members use this time to explore and exhibit the result of a new process, and many are creating a work of art for the first time.”

For this exhibit the format has artists arrive, with artwork in hand. According to Lynx, this format allows for networking and time to catch up with members as they arrive.

This year’s exhibition featured approximately 100 entries from artists all over Washington state. Interested in showcasing your artwork during the 2024 show? Join the Larson Gallery Guild.
