Advising Days
YVC is providing mandatory advising via phone, Zoom and email for students with less than 30 college-level credits. Advising Days will be held May 23-25, 2022.
No daytime classes on May 25th! Evening classes that begin after 6:30 p.m. are held at their normal times.
Bachelor of Applied Science classes follows their regular schedule.
How will I be contacted?
Advisors will begin contacting students on May 23, 2022.
Your advisor will call or email you to schedule an advising time to arrange with students times, and methods to meet (usually by phone or Zoom meeting). If your advisor has to leave you a voicemail or email, please respond promptly.
Don’t know who your advisor is?
All returning students need to activate their new ctcLink account. When you activate your account, you will be able to view your advisor in the new system. If you are still unsure who your advisor is, do not hear from your advisor, or have more questions, please contact the Counseling & Advising Center by phone at 509.574.4956, or by email at counseling@yvcc.edu.
Advising is not mandatory for students that have more than 30 college-level credits (100 level and above).
