ctcLink Update: Summer Quarter registration starts today!

Starting today, May 31, returning students can begin enrolling and registering for Summer Quarter 2022 classes using the new ctcLink system. Registration for Fall Quarter 2022 will begin tomorrow, June 1.

First Step: Activate Your ctcLink Account

You must activate your ctcLink account before registering classes. When you receive your new ctcLink ID number, be sure to write it down and keep it in a safe place.

If you forget your ctcLink ID after you activate your account, you can retrieve it through our online ctcLink ID lookup tool.

If you encounter issues with ctcLink account activation or other technical difficulties, please contact the HelpDesk at 509.574.4717.

Registering for Classes

You are encouraged to carefully read our step-by-step enrollment help guides and tutorials. You can also watch a video demonstration of how to search and enroll in classes provided by Grandview Student Council President Lilly Villa. These will help you become more familiar with the new registration system.

As you enroll in courses, please make sure to check whether the course you want is being held on the Yakima Campus, Grandview Campus or online. Learn more in our May 27 update.

Common Course Numbered (CCN) classes are listed as a separate subject. You will want to search for classes in both subjects to see all your options. For example, “Communications” and “Communications (CCN)”. You also will want to double check whether the courses you’re interested are taking place on the Yakima Campus, Grandview Campus or online.

Course permission numbers (formerly known as entry codes) will be available when registration opens and can be obtained from the course instructor.

Additional Registration Support

ASYVC will host student-to-student support sessions this week to help answer questions about registering for classes. Sessions are:

  • Tuesday, May 31: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
  • Wednesday, June 1: 10-11 a.m. and 1-2 p.m.
  • Thursday, June 2: 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Join the support sessions via Zoom.

Get the ctcLink Mobile App!

The ctcLink mobile app makes it even easier for you to conduct your college business. Search the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) on your mobile device for “ctcLink” to download and install this free app. After you activate your ctcLink account, you’ll be able to access ctcLink directly through your mobile device using this app. Note: You must activate your ctcLink account before using the mobile app or its web-based version.
