Simple Steps for Starting Your Business

Yakima, WA – Yakima Valley College’s Business Club, in partnership with Yakima Valley SCORE, is presenting a workshop series to help individuals start a new business. Are you currently working on the creation of a business venture and would like more information about this process? If so, this series is for you. About SCORE

SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to educating entrepreneurs and helping small businesses start, grow, and succeed nationwide. SCORE is a resource partner with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and has been mentoring small business owners for more than forty years. Yakima Valley SCORE is made up of a diverse group of professionals and entrepreneurs who volunteer their time and expertise to help you start and grow your business. They provide free, personalized counseling to help you start and operate a successful small business. They also provide workshops for a modest fee for new businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs. The one-on-one counseling helps businesses to identify management problems, determine causes, and propose solutions to these problems.
