  • The file will contain the following documents we need from you:
    • Immunization & Health Requirements
    • Housing Contract
    • Drug-Free / Alcohol-Free Agreement & Financial Obligation Agreement
    • Release of Information (Optional)

DEPOSIT

  • Housing deposits must be mailed to or paid in-person at the Cashier's Office:
    • $250.00 Housing Deposit 
         (Rooms are made on a first come/first served basis.

Send in your ​deposit and paperwork

If you wish to e-mail, fax, mail, or drop off the application forms you must do the following:

  1. Print all required documents.
  2. Fill out in ink and sign.
  3. Send them one of the following ways.
  4. Submit all of the forms together.

Please note:  Non-YVCC applicants will be assigned a student ID # following receipt of required documents.  Please wait for assigned SID before sending in your deposit.
