Petition For Recognition as a Official ASYVCC Program

ASYVCC Senators-At Large shall be YVCC students: full or part-time; must maintain a 2.0 GPA, and shall submit an application to Senators-At Large, which they will represent. The constituency will present its recommendation to the Senate and they must be approved by a two-thirds vote of the Senate. They may hold this position for two years.

Responsibilities:

1. Represent constituency named in application.
2. Attend all Senate meetings. If three (3) or more meetings per quarter are missed, voting privileges will be revoked.
3. Be a voting member of the Senate.
4. Report their activities to the Senate on a quarterly basis, as requested.
5. Participate in Senate activities.
