The Accounting Certificate

prepares students for entry-level positions in business and industry, specifically in accounting and bookkeeping. Potential employment opportunities exist in a broad range of businesses, including service industries, manufacturing, non-profit organizations, retail and wholesale. The certificate articulates to the Associate of Applied Science (AAS) Degree in Accounting.

Note: Students are strongly advised to have word processing skills for the BA classes. While not required, it is the student's responsibility to apply correct keyboarding skills and written communication formats.
