Brock Eubanks teaches Economics at YVCC. He has a B.A. in Finance, and
an M.B.A., both from Washington State University. He also has a Ph.D.
from the University of Idaho in Adult and Organizational Learning and
Human Resource Development. He has a strong, well-developed interest in
entrepreneurism, and his dissertation focused on the roles and
competencies of career entrepreneurs. He has previously taught
Statistics at Eastern Washington University and at other community
colleges across the state. In addition to his academic expertise, Dr.
Eubanks is a black belt in karate, and while at the University of Idaho
he developed a program for teaching self defense to college students.
His program focuses on acquaintance-based situations, as opposed to a
model that teaches defense against strangers.
