The safety committee consists of representatives from the various departments and divisions on campus who bring their safety concerns from their respective areas. The committee meets the second Tuesday of each month at 1:00pm in the Martin Luther King Room located in the HUB on the Yakima Campus. The committee reviews accidents/incidents that may have resulted in injury. The committee may also make recommendations and submit them to the appropriate areas for corrective action. The committee also reviews and makes any suggestions that would enhance the safety of the campus.
