Parking Permits

One student parking permit is included with YVCC tuition and is valid fall quarter through spring quarter in student parking lots "H" and "K" only.

All students will now apply for parking permits online.

Click on the Parking Permits button below to access the application. You will be directed to Campus Tools where you need to sign-up for an account. Once the application has been submitted, students can pick up their permit in the Security Office in Palmer Hall (X101) or in Sundquist Hall(S160O).

All non-YVCC students must pay a $30 student permit fee per academic year to the Cashier's Office in the Deccio Higher Education Center. Receipt of payment of fee must be provided by the students when student permit is issued.

 Please remember that any permit issued is not a substitute
for a "pay by day" voucher at any pay by day lot!

Faculty/Staff permits are available through the Security Office only beginning the Monday before fall quarter begins. 

Paid Reserve Stall - Anyone wishing to purchase a paid reserve stall in either lots "B","F" or "N" for the academic year may submit their name to the Security Office in August to be placed in the lottery. The drawing will be held the Monday before the start of fall quarter. Only those names drawn will have the opportunity to purchase an available stall for $150 at the Cashier's Office in the Deccio Higher Education Center. Take the receipt to the Security Office for vehicle input and permit.
