Are there community kitchens?
Yes. There is one on each hall.
Are pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. provided?
No. Each resident is responsible for providing, cleaning, and storing cooking items.
Is there free Wi-Fi (wireless) access?
Yes. There are wi-fi hot spots in the rec. room, tv room, and community kitchens. This is only offered to YVCC students. YVCC students have a student identification number and pay a technology fee.

What day is rent due?
Rent is due by the fifth day of every month. A $25.00 late fee will be assessed on the sixth day.

Parking?
YVCC Students:
Apply for a parking permit online at http://apps.yvcc.edu/dotnet/alerts/. After you have applied you may pick up a parking permit at the Security office (Palmer Hall) or Sundquist Hall (160). First permit is free, additional will be $5.00. For additional details, contact 574-4610 or click here.
Perry Tech., WSU, & Other:
Go to cashier in Deccio building, pay $30.00, take receipt to Security office in Palmer Hall to receive your parking permit. YVCC Students have already paid a fee for parking. For additional details, contact 574-4610.

Food Service?

What can I have in my room?
A small fridge and microwave.
Do you have married or unisex rooms available?
No. Men and women live on separate floors.
Do you provide internet, cable, or telephone service in the rooms?
No. we have an agreement with the cable company. See application process link for more details. We do provide wireless internet in the recreation and office area to YVCC students.
