The Upward Bound application is available in two formats -- Adobe Acrobat Reader and Microsoft Word.
You can click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader link to view and print a copy of our application or click on the Microsoft Word link to download the application to your system.

Helpful Hint:
If you would like, you can right click on the Adobe Acrobat Reader link and click Save Target As from the menu list. From the Save As Dialog Box choose your destination to save the file and click Save. (I would suggest saving to your desktop, from there you can move the file where you like or delete the file at any time.) The Microsoft Word link will download automatically simply by clicking it.
